There are no charges to submit a manuscript to or publish in JEED.
Please read all the items below before preparing your manuscript for submission. If questions arise that are not fully addressed here, please contact the Editor in Chief at [email protected].
This page contains information on the submission process, including details on formatting, supporting documents, and more. Following this guidance will help your paper get reviewed quickly and ultimately provide a smoother path toward final acceptance and publication.
When you are ready to submit, review the information and checklist on the Submissions page before submitting your Cover Letter (Word), Author Agreement (PDF), Manuscript (Word), and Supplementary Material (PDF) using the JEED submission portal.

The Journal of Ecological Engineering Design (JEED) is the open access journal of the American Ecological Engineering Society, published in partnership with the University of Vermont Press.
JEED is open to submissions and publishes articles on a rolling basis. JEED does not charge publication fees (article processing charges, or APCs).
